pbballer987
chem... only 7 people passed out of the 3x ap chem classes last year. that is prolly 1x of the hardest ap tests imo.

Tyler
Good to get those classes out of the way in high school because you'll waste your time and money taking them in college if you're not going to be an English or Chem major
rike1
I'll be taking the chem ap exam this year. At my school last year, i think it was 5 out of 12 kids passed, 2 got 5's. Definitely the hardest AP offered at my school (its small) although im sure physics is harder ;/
AL
Oh wow this is an old thread. I've actually had my results for a while now and I guess I'll share them: 5 in Chemistry (big surprise) and 2 in Latin AP Poetry (even bigger surprise) Im not spectacular at chemistry. In fact I ended up with a C in that class overall. But I was very much surpriseed I did so well considering how bad I am at taking Calculus tests. Perhaps its the marijuana... Hmm... As for the Latin, this was an even bigger surprise. Our Latin AP teacher is horrible. In fact, there were three choices for picking an author (Vergil, Ovid, and Horace) to answer questions about. I read through the whole question packet and after studying Vergil for the ENTIRE YEAR, I ended up writing about Horace because I could actually translate and get the gist of his passage EVEN THOUGH the author I studied for the whole year was Vergil. I was shocked that I got a 2 here because my friend who actually is smarter than me got the same thing but he wrote about Vergil.
lotd
Gj on getting the 5 on Chem AP . Definitely useful as it gets you out of gen chem/gen chem lab in college. I like chem so i thought it was fairly easy, but i took it like 4 years ago =/. IDK how well i'd do now.
