  2. lucky me i havent dueled any1 with over 25% reduce yet Ive tested 95% with a friend, but no1 in duel games carries deaths gloves in stash, it seems.
  3. True, but the closest thing to that ive ever seen was a 5 fury/5 rabies/5 fireclaw/20s pelt with base fhr O.o this is 1 of 3 6 rabies' ive seen so far, 1 is owned by myenemy@jsp, the other...dont remember his name O.o

  6. from boots-40 charms-about 13, 1 gc, 2x scs I still need to swap out lifer gcs for frw He does pretty well, but the builds that rape him are all too common Fc Stacked auradin (not gm builds, but im posting em anyways since they are, after all, among the most common) ww barbs (getting a hit in is the hard part, after that its easy) bowzons (because, without fail, they always use slow target+kb+psn O.o) i suppose i should post hdins, but I have been practicing a bit ^^ they not so tough now
  7. In duel games (which is where most of my time is spent) I see many fury/rabies druids. I even built one myself. But, even as i spent my first point into rabies, I realised the massive potential of this character. Being relatively new, I had not the sense to look up a guide for the character. So I took a stroll down to Arreat Summit and made my own gear list. The end result was Jijijijiji 1) Why Rabies? Rabies Druids are a rarity. Not many play them at all, because many simply don't like skills that dont begin with the word "Blessed" and end in "Hammer" I, However, have worked long and hard to make chars that seem to others as "Bad" Often, these characters are much more fun to play. Rabies is a challenge to duel with, especially without a reliance on fury. I cannot think of anything else to put here ^^ read on... 2)What is rabies? Rabies is similar to poison. Notice I said Similar... They both do damage over time, and they both recieve bonuses from +poison damage % mods. They both are reduced by Poison resist and Poison reduced by x% That's about where the similarity ends. Rabies is lethal poison. In other words, it will not stop at one hp. This causes many people to say "WTF FC?" ----- Rabies Spreads. In other words, any enemy within a small radius of the afflicted will succumb. In pvp, this only works with people that you have hostiled. The radius is small, less than a yard. You pretty much need to have the afflicted run into someone to spread the love. ----- Rabies cannot be cured by an antidote. Seriously, don't even try. ------ Rabies Can be "flashed." More on this later. ----- Rabies cannot be interrupted. You cannot go into fhr while "casting" rabies. 3)How high does rabies hit? Depending on your weapon, it can hit as high as 101,000. With a skill shrine, it can hit as much as 110,000. I have screenshots of both, it can be done. 4)Stats/skills? My mistake with jijijij stemmed from a lack of block% You NEED max block. Dex-enough for max block Str-enough to wear stormshield or a 20-20. Base str will NOT be an option. Vita-rest The useless stat-What do you think? Skills: max in order 20 into rabies- Self-explanatory 20 into poison creeper vine- Synergy 20 into lycanthropy- you Are a shapeshifter, after all 20 into oak sage- self-explanatory 20 into werewolf- extra ar, this is very usefull 1 into cyclone armor- Very usefull. 1 into fury (optional)- Backup attack 1 into ravens- chance to send them into fhr. 1 into summon wolf- they block arrows and other missiles. prerequisites. 5)Gear You may swap items out, depending on your needs/preferences. I made mine for pure damage, having frw/fhr/fcr/life/block secondary. If you want survivability over stopping power, swap out as needed. Helms: Rabies pelt-Magic pelt, 3 shapeshift, 3 rabies, 20s, faceted. This helm will add over 20k dmg. #1 dmg pelt Jalals-fhr, str,resists, +4 to rabies, everything else. can add a facet. this helm will add about 12k-16k dmg, and offers many usefull mods. Cerberus' Bite I may have the name wrongm but you know what I mean. It adds up to +4 shapeshift, some life leech, good ar... facet it for optimum dmg. 5 rabies pelt-like your windy pelts, but with shapeshift/rabies. I personally don't like these, but w/e suits you. Armors: Bramble- The thorns is irrevelant, only the psn % dmg matters. get a 50% and enjoy the 18k+ dmg bonus. Enigma- adds about 8k dmg, str, and frw. Not bad, but I would never use this. It belongs on a fury imo CoH-resists, 6-8k rabies dmg, 20 str. Nothing ele going for it. Rain: For those of you who cant afford anything else, the +2 druid skills will help Arkaines valor- Eww. +2 skills, for what its worth. At least you can facet this. Belts- Arach-3-4k dmg for your rabies. Verdungo's-We all know what this is for Nosferatu- Just thought id throw it in. Adds str, life leech. Mav belt- adds frw, which is nice for a non-tele char Amulets- Angelic- You MUST have 1x of these stashed. Smiters get difficult. +3 shapeshift ammy- Magic, try to find one with either life, str, or maybe dex Maras-Adds 2skill and resists. Not a bad choice Rings- Angelics-you MUST have at least 1x 1x Raven-for the cbf and ar 2x bk- for the extra 6k dmg 2x soj- in case you cant find bks Gloves- Trangs- nothing can compare. Boots- Treks- if you want more str/fhr Natalya's-40% frw and some resists. Sander's-40 frw, low str, low dex, low all resist. gg boots all around Aldur's 40 frw, +life, indestructible, fire resist Immortal King's- 40 frw, +110 ar, +life Shields- Choose between spirit and a 20-20 poison faceted monarch/aegis Spirit adds more damage until rabies hits about 60-70k. Then 20-20 takes the lead. Also, choose a shield that will help you defensively. Stormshield, Sanctuary, Whitstan's, maybe even moser's. You'll want res/fhr/str/block/life/ar Weapons- Main: Plague bearer rune sword. If you plan on not using dweb, and want cta on swap, this is the sword for you. It cannot be flashed, and has no ias, but adds massive damage. the +5 to rabies adds, in the end, over 10k dmg MORE than a dweb. gemmed phase blade For a cheap one, 6 Shael'd phase blade is a great way to hit max ias breakpoint. Since you can only get ias from your weapon, and not from other gear/fanata, this is great. If you have more to spend on a wep, 4 shael it, then put ias jewels in the last 2 slots. These ias jewels can have resists, ar, and all kinds of other cool shit. Fools of Quickness Weapon: Adds ar, 40 ias, and 20s, which can be shael'd Great weapon for this build when u need more ar. Swap: Dweb if you are not using plague bearer, cta if you are. 30-30 phase blade is also an option Charms: Torch-after building, decide for yourself whether you need stats or res anni-same as torch gheeds-if you have a gheeds on this char, please click "delete character" gcs-shapeshift skillers mods to get, in order of importance- frw, life, fhr, str,dex. scs- get as many of these mods as you can: Ar, life, res, a little fhr, frw if you cannot get at least a few ss skillers, plain, you shouldnt be making this build. Strategy: You may make your own up, but some things are good to remember: Flashing- Rabies works like this...If you hit someone with a wep, then swap weps to something with better dmg% or -res, the swap dmg will replace the original dmg. +skills, however, cannot be flashed. this remains in place even if you swap wepons back to a lower damage wep. It remains working even after you die. This means that if you hit with a gemmed phase blade/stormshield, which would do 60k rabies, and swap to a dweb/20-20, which would hit 88 rabies, you will do just under 84k rabies, when you factor out the 1skill from dweb. On the other hand, if you hit with plague bearer/20-20, which does 101k, and swap to dweb/20-20, which does 88k, your damage will not change. If the enemy uses a minion, such as a golem or a valk, or, against druids, wolves... Attack the minion, as chances are it has lower defense than the player. then charge him, causing him to tele. When he teles, he is afflicted by his minion, which spreaded to him. Now you swap and swap back, and watch him die. Rabies lasts 20 seconds. Many of you will have noticed most duels don't last that long. Not to worry, sorcs usually cannot tank over 3-5 seconds. Es sorcs even less Blizzard will rape you, fireball sorcs have a little lower chance, light wins about 25% of the time, and a good nova will win 50% pnb necros last a few seconds, usually no more than 10 psn necros can last a little more, due to stacked res summoners are pretty easy to hit, then you just avoid the masses of vives bowzons cause trouble with their kb, once hit they die fast javazons generally kill you if you let them hit you. Windys can tank a good amount, usually 10-13 seconds Other shapeshifters- varies by build/gear Fire- Haven't dueled many, not enough first-hand experience to tell you. ww barbs will rape you if made right. Sorry, every build has a weakness. throwbarbs generally wont win. Singers are fucked Pikebarbs have about a 50% win rate Hdins-Depends on their style. charge/hammer relies on hitting him. once you do your suicidal dash through his hammer field (you can tank a few hammers) you hit and GTFO Dies within 15 seconds Telestomp hdin will skip the hammer field part, but then you have to worry about the "jijijiji was slain by nking teledin" part Smite/charge- Hit him, and avoid the lifetap he will doubtless be using. Running in little circles around him is effective. If he charges, dont run in a straight line. foh- hit him, recast werewolf when unshifted, hope he doesnt charge. v/t- hit him, avoid charge/smite, recast werewolf when hit foh unshifts you. Auradin-if stacked, dont even try to duel the bastard let him have fun nking those not smart enough to leave. If unstacked, hit him and avoid charge. 1-2 charges will kill you, but the pulse will take quite a few pulses, by which time he is dead. Charger-not enough experience dueling them to tell you. Trapper- Hit them, avoid traps. ww/trapper-Hit shadow, let them tele, avoid traps ghostOH SHI--jijijij was slain by GhostSin If You have any questions please pm me.   9. O.o Naturally, this helm had me drooling for a week after i got it There probably aren't all that many on east. The build isn't used that much, but when it is it doesnt get much better than this This helm, on it's own, adds over 20k damage.
